Brief Introduction
China Legal Publishing House (hereinafter referred to as CLPH) is the
professional press at central level specialized in legal publications,
which is established at June, 1989. CLPH is subordinated to the
Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council of the People’s Republic
of China. It’s the authoritative entity to publish the standard version
of the State laws and regulations.
The scope of publications by CLPH mainly includes:
1.standard version of the State laws and regulations;
2.authoritative Sino-foreign language bilingual versions of the laws and
regulations;
3.Chinese and foreign juristic works;
4.teaching material of legal science for postgraduates, university and
junior college students;
5.reference books;
6.popular readings interpreting and introducing the laws and
regulations; and
7.electronic publications of the laws and regulations in Chinese version
and in Sino-foreign language bilingual version.
